Our Story
We started prototyping Radial Notion in a shared workspace in Manchester in 2022, convinced that casino-style games could be purely about entertainment — no deposit screens, no nudges toward real money, no dark patterns. The five of us had backgrounds in board games, brand design, and mobile engineering, and we were tired of fun being used as a wrapper around financial pressure.
Our first playable version ran on a single laptop and crashed spectacularly during a demo. We shipped a stable browser build eight months later, and the principle we started with hasn't bent since: every Spark Chip is free, every spin is for enjoyment, and nothing on this site is ever going to ask for your wallet.
The Games

Hub Reels puts you at the centre of the Grand Hub's most iconic machine — three spinning columns of neon icons, each one a piece of the city's visual language. A round feels like a split-second of suspense followed by the satisfying clunk of symbols locking into place; when they match, the whole board comes alive with Volt's signature violet glow.
Each spin costs your current bet in Spark Chips. The reels stop left to right — match three along the centre row and you win somewhere between 20 and 500 Spark Chips, scaled to your stake. The Volt Fox symbol is wild and substitutes for anything, so two matching symbols and a Volt is as good as a full house.

Spoke Drop renders the Grand Hub as a vertical city grid — seven rows of glowing violet pegs, each one a junction where your Spark Chip makes a choice. The board pulses with a slow amber light, and watching the chip ricochet down feels less like gambling and more like watching the city's own logic play out at speed.
Drop a chip costing your current bet. It bounces through seven rows of pegs via a weighted random walk and lands in one of eight multiplier slots at the bottom. The outer spokes pay the most (up to 15×). The centre slots offer a modest 0.5× return. Final payout is your bet times the landed multiplier.

The Notion Wheel is the Hub's most theatrical machine — a conic-gradient disc ringed with a chrome bezel, eight segments gleaming in violet and amber, and a sprung ticker that nudges audibly as each segment passes. Every spin slows with theatrical purpose, the ticker counting down until one spoke claims your chip.
Tap Spin to set the wheel in motion. Your bet is multiplied by the value of whichever segment the ticker lands on — from a modest 1× return right up to a 10× payout. The 'Volt!' segment awards a bonus chip burst (still purely virtual) instead of a standard multiplier, so it's always worth a cheer even when the maths is zero.

Signal Scratch is the Hub's most tactile game — a nine-panel card sheathed in silver foil, each panel hiding a symbol beneath. The metaphor is honest: somewhere in the static, Volt has hidden a signal. Your job is to strip the noise away and see what the city is trying to tell you.
Tap each panel to scratch away its foil and reveal the symbol beneath. Find three or more Signal Stars across the nine panels and you win between 20 and 400 Spark Chips, scaled to your bet. Decoy symbols — Static, Flicker, Noise — fill the rest. No pressure on timing; scratch at your own pace.
